Centre Operating Days
The Centre is open Monday - Friday. We are not open on Public Holidays. The Centre will be closed for up to 3 weeks over Christmas / New Year.
Minimum Attendance
Each child is required to enrol for a minimum of 2 days per week.
Payments
Fees are to be paid weekly. The first payment is due on the first day of attendance.
We prefer that fees are paid by internet banking or automatic payment. If you wish to make alternative payment arrangements please discuss with Centre Manager.

Session Times
School Day 8.15am - 2.45pm
Drop off and pick up times must be adhered to as teacher/child ratios have been determined by these times.
Notice Period
We require three week’s notice of a child withdrawing from the centre, if three week’s notice is not given three week’s charge will be payable in lieu.
Centre Closures
Due to the impact of frequent force majeure events and the resulting centre closures on the financial viability of our business all centre closures (including Public Holidays) will be charged in full. This is to enable us to continue to pay our staff.
The only exception to this is the Christmas closedown period which is the only closure that is at the Centre’s discretion.
Absences
All absences will be charged at the usual rate. This is because staff need to be paid regardless of your attendance.
Due to Ministry of Education funding requirements, any absence exceeding three consecutive weeks must be discussed with the Centre.
Childcare Subsidy
Work and income New Zealand operates a subsidy for parents whose children attend the centre. The subsidy is subject to your income level, forms are available at the centre and we are happy to assist you if required.
